Hello, I'm Sera

I bring exceptional digital media products & experiences to customers

I deeply enjoy partnering with engineering teams to tackle complex problems and develop solutions that enable function, scale, and long-term value to media ecosystems.

Prior to joining Netflix, I spent the last decade in digital media distribution working at Kaplan, RR Donnelley, Microsoft, O'Reilly, and Google. I've supported and developed end-to-end digital ecosystems, drove product strategy across media & entertainment verticals, managed day-to-day services pipelines for digital entertainment and software products, and delivered platforms, experiences, and products for movies, TV, games, books, apps, avatars, e-learning, currency, and operating systems.

I am passionate about media, love complex challenges, and enjoy learning and collaboration.

I rarely come across such a well-rounded, talented individual as Sera. She has the ability to effectively manage and work with a wide range of teams, ranging from engineers to biz dev to general operations. Somehow Sera is able to be both wide and deep on everything she’s involved with, without losing focus or missing deadlines. She has a presence that is authentically positive, and lifts up others around her while she adds value to every area she touches. I view Sera as a must-have for any team serious about taking their operations and business to the next level.
