  • Member Experience: Drove the overall streaming experience for games, including connection flow via the Netflix Game Controller, session reliability, streaming quality, error flows, and in-game performance. Defined and measured QoE baselines and targets to ensure seamless, high-quality play across devices.

  • Cloud Gaming Infrastructure: Partnered with Open Connect to build and scale the cloud games platform, leveraging Open Connect Gaming Appliance (OCGA) hardware and global infrastructure. Contributed to orchestration, scaling, deployment, compliance, and security while balancing ROI with phased rollout strategies.

  • Virtual Controller Innovation: Drove development of the Netflix Virtual Game Controller for both cloud and direct-to-device (D2D) gaming. Enabled flexible input methods, device connection, second-screen experiences, and controller UI for games and interactive entertainment.
