  • Drove product strategy across the media & entertainment verticals by informing product solutions with global & long-term perspective, developing narratives & value propositions, launching ecosystem wide initiatives, enabling partner teams by acting as deal advisor and operational expert, and fostering an active internal and external community.


Global Project Management Lead, Media & Entertainment

  • Architected team framework, overhauling team OKRs, roles & responsibilities, and meeting structure while developing & defining partner management for global team of 32 FTEs in 4 countries in offices in Mountain View, Los Angeles, New York, London, Berlin, and Tokyo.

  • Led XFN OKR planning yearly & quarterly; redesigned the bug & feature request process consolidating & reducing asks, while reducing overheard on engineering resources, developed & implemented prioritization criteria, updated templates & Tech Team triage processes.


Operations Manager, Media & Entertainment

  • Managed & executed the Play & YouTube Movies Content Platform project leading redesign of the content ingestion pipeline in complete overhaul of legacy system infrastructure enabling content operations at scale & product features that support commerce, discovery and, playback.

  • Acted as TPM for Play & YouTube Engineering for 8 months driving the Play & YouTube Movies Content Platform project; adopted Agile & migrated teams to execute sprints through the adoption of the Google project management tool while simultaneously transitioning projects from large phase deliverables to feature based, and consolidating ~23 weekly meetings to one XFN program meeting.  

  • Deployed the redesigned Play Movies Partner Portal & launched features impacting ~400 global partners across 41 countries; deprecated legacy YouTube tools, developed & consolidated operations worldwide vendor workflows.

  • Developed & implemented user research process through the adoption of user experience design principles in collaboration with engineering & UX in order to evolve usability, accessibility, and process for movies & TV operational workflows; negotiated & received dedicated IA/UX resource for engineering.

  • Drove adoption & development of industry standards; leveraged partnerships & platforms to influence media & entertainment industry consortium’s including EIDR & EMA; drove impactful media industry changes through Google engineering & platforms.
